The Records Division of the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for both Road Patrol records and pistol permit transactions. Requests for Motor Vehicle Accident Reports
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office has partnered with BuyCrash.com to accommodate civilian accident report requests. Accident reports can also be purchased at the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Records Office for a fee of $10.00. Please call ahead to make sure the report is completed prior to coming into the office.
