If you wish to file a complaint against an officer with the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, please complete the form below. Please fill in as much information as possible.
As a complainant, a supervisor or the Office of Professional Standards will advise you when an investigation has been completed. ALL complaints against members are investigated.
If you simply want the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office to know about your concerns, but do not wish to participate in the formal complaint process, you may file an anonymous complaint. All complaints are recorded and viewed by the Office of Professional Standards (OPS).
