This form is for Law Enforcement Agencies to request 911 and radio audio from the Communications Division that is subject to NYS CPL 245.
Extracting audio files is complex and time-consuming. As of January 1, 2020, the number of audio requests has multiplied exponentially. To minimize the amount of time spent on each request, the fields below need to be completed with accurate data; approximations and “best guesses” make the audio file extraction process take much longer.
